Vintage 90s chiffon blouse. Made from semi-sheer chiffon material printed with a stunning sage green, purple and pink Ethnic flower stripe pattern. Has small shoulder pads and elegant quarter length sleeves which are slightly puffed. Fastens with pretty light purple and gold plastic buttons.
