We gladly accept returns
On our agreement an item can be accepted for return if you contact within 14 days of receipt and return within 21 days.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, they cannot be accept for return:
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Customized items
Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and item must be returned via a postal method specified by the seller.
- If the item is not returned in its original sold condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
- Buyers will be refunded via the selected payment method used to purchase the item.
