Vintage 90s tropical flower dress. Made from soft & cool black material printed gorgeously vibrant pink, orange and green tropical flowers. The skirt is short at the front and gradually tapers down longer at the back. Has three small black plastic faux fasten buttons at the front and narrow panel waistband which is elasticated at the back.
