Stunning restored antique 1930s small clasp bag. Made with golden brown, red, amethyst purple and blue glass seed beads in a beautiful ornate flower design with tassel fringing at the bottom. Lined in black thick cotton with taup embroidered trim. Closes with a button lever tortoise shell plastic clasp and is carried with a bead strap.
Condition A new cotton lining has been added giving more stability and has had extensive repair to the beading which was coming loose. Now lovely but still quite delicate so needs to be very gently used or just displayed as a decorative collectors piece to be admired ♡
